An Evening in Burgundy
With Les Flaneurs

On Monday December 15th we are very excited to welcome Nina and Laurence of Auxey Duresses winemaking project Les Flaneurs for an evening celebrating their wines and the cuisine of Burgundy.

Nina & Laurence spent time in Switzerland, the south of France learning their trade, but after spending time working with Domaine Dandelion have settled in Burgundy, working in a vibrant Beaune scene that includes the likes of Vin Noe & Arnaud Chapuis.
Their first significant vintage was 2023 and they have already found acclaim with their vibrant and elegant wines, brimming with energy and fruit. We will be pouring some specially saved 2023 wines along with the 2024 all by the glass, the first time they've been poured in the UK, plus some specially selected wines from friends in the region.

To accompany chef Davide has put together a real treat of a menu - classic bistrot fare that perfectly reflects the region and the season. Charcuterie, rabbit terrine or cured trout with creme fraiche get the ball rolling, with plenty of hearty options to follow: twice baked comte souffle, crozets du savoie with mushroom & truffle butter, and naturally boeuf bourguignon to round things off.
This promises to be a very special evening and a perfect way to close out the year.
