UK Delivery

All UK parcels are being shipped and tracked by DPD.

Flat rate | allow 2-4 working days | £4.99.

All UK orders over £75 qualify for free delivery.

Giant Goods | some items just won’t fit through your letterbox. Please email the team at goods@jolenebakery.com to chat through a quote.

Made to Order | some items will be drop shipped, meaning they will be sent directly from the maker, please read the descriptions carefully when placing your order and we will be in touch to make the magic happen.

European Delivery

All European parcels are being shipped and tracked by DPD.

Flat rate | £30 | allow working 5-15 days.

Customers are responsible for local fees and charges, please do check carefully to avoid any unexpected surprises.

International delivery

International shipping beyond Europe is available, please email the team at goods@jolenebakery.com to chat through the options.

Returns

Naturally we want you to be over the moon when you receive your goods but if it’s not quite hitting the mark, please reach out to the team within 7 working days of receiving your order to let us know.

Upon notification, we will then accept returns within 14 working days for a refund or exchange.

Kindly note, at this time, we can’t cover the shipping costs for return items, please unpack goods with great care, keep your packaging, just in case.

Made to order, second-hand and bespoke items are understandably non-refundable.
