Solid Oak bespoke dining chairs originally commissioned for Fitzroy in Fowey, Cornwall.
Made by Carl Ekdahl in his studio in north Cornwall who pulled inspiration from rustic milking stools, striking a balance between refined design and every day practicality.
Made from oak that grew less that 30 minutes from the restaurant, reflecting the focus on local, in-season ingredients.
Each chair has its own patina and wear and tear from a life of service in the restaurant before retirement.
